Communication Design

Digital communication for a development strategy
Brief

→ How to make your firm visible and attractive by adapting to new communication methods, in order to retain and develop its customers?

Process

→ We worked with the law firm Dune, on their business model to rethink their invoicing strategy and create offer services, in keeping with new customer requirements.

We began by carrying out a market survey, to identify their target customers and examine existing economic models.

Following which, we supported the firm on structuring these offers in terms of proposal, price but also the identification of added value, to stand out from other law firms.

After the first step of building these offers, we worked with a team of UX designers and developers to offer a satisfactory user experience to website visitors with a clear and impactful presentation of these offers on their website.

Our answer

→ A completely redesigned service offer; in keeping with the current technological world and the new requirements of legal consumers.

A presentation in the pack format which only specifies essential information and takes into account user needs in terms of simplicity, functionality and intuitiveness.

A referral system for each offer towards a showcase, which allows additional information to be provided only on user request.

Communication on a new legal solution
Brief

→ How to make a legal tech solution attractive and committing, which was developed in-house to meet the requirements of the firm's clients?

Process

→ We worked with the Marketing department of the international business firm and the team of lawyers who took part in creating this solution.

Different communication levers had been deployed by the firm: a motion design, an information brochure.

The goal was to identify a complementary and relevant communication lever, to favor global communication which includes social networks.

Most of all, the question was about making customers and prospects discover this legal tech solution by presenting its key features, but also its operation method.

Our answer

→ A one page following several ideation workshops with the firm's Marketing team.

→ This format makes it possible to understand the product in a jiffy, with reduced reading time and instant understanding of key information

Design of legal documents

General terms and conditions: creation of trust through clarity and transparency

Process

→ We worked with an international accounting firms, to improve their clients' understanding with the terms and conditions of service.

Understanding this document is all the more important since it is appended to the mission statement, which strengthens the relationship between the accountant and the client.

We proceeded through several steps:
- drafting the contract in clear legal language,
- modification of the structure of the document to make reading easier
- use the active voice for better commitment,
- graphic processing of information
to make a psychological impact and promote understanding and memorization.

Our answer

→ Clear, understandable and binding general conditions.

→ Reading time divided by 3 and instant comprehension without re-reading.

The client is confident while signing and reassured about the relationship with his accountant.

Business model design

Design of an economic model adapted to new law consumers
Brief

How to rethink your billing model to adapt to new customer requirements, in terms of transparency and accessibility?

Process

Organization design

Click and learn: the Imagine button
Brief

How to ensure compliance with processes and coordination of services for higher efficiency?

Process

→ We worked with an international accounting firm to set up concise, collaborative and efficient internal processes.

Between the payroll department, the accounting department and the legal department ... collaboration and coordination between several departments is omnipresent. One requires tools to ensure optimal work organization, without wasting any time. Who is responsible for carrying out the employment contract requested by the client? And how ?

A user workshop was carried out with a group of payroll managers and lawyers from the firm. We identified a guiding principle and the stages which led to misunderstandings and disrupted departments.

Therefore, we have identified the key stages by providing precise and operational information. The goal is to have a document with key essential information. However, comments were needed before giving recommendations: this is where click and learn by Imagine comes along. Every step which requires additional information, the user presses the + icon and obtains key details for the procedure to run smoothly.

Our answer

→ A clear and operational document that can be understood in one shot. Far behind the incomprehensible and unintelligible memos!

The concept of Click and Learn is the ideal solution in such a scenario, which was unveiled to us following several test workshops. The additional advice can be made in just one click: points to be careful about, in terms of the trial period, remuneration, key information to guarantee the legal security of the employment contract.

The time for drafting contracts has been cut in half. Departments collaborate better and in a more agile manner.
